Return/Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)
We are always willing to help you with sizing, fabric and other details over our social media or WhatsApp chat channel.
However, we’d be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Please note:
* We do not offer monetary refunds of any kinds. However, we would love to offer you a new product as an exchange of the old one or website credits.
* Website Credits are valid for 8 months from the date of issue.
* You have to drop an email placing a return request on shugufaah@gmail.com/ 9070000944 within 4 days of receiving the products.
* We provide exchange pick-up at an additional cost of INR 199. The customer can also ship the packet back to us, once the return request is accepted over email/whatsapp

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size, fabric and order related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds. No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products.
How To Return?
All our efforts are to make you love the products sent to you. However, if you wish to return please follow the steps.
Step 1: Please ensure your product is in unused condition.
Step 2: Drop us an email at shugufaah@gmail.com/9070000944 with your order no and reason in the caption. Also note, that you can only return within 4 days of receiving the products.
Step 3: Wait for our reply to your email. We may take 5 working days.
Step 4:You can choose to ship yourself or we can arrange a reverse pick- up for INR199.
